OMEGA: Omnipotential Mechanical Engineering Graduate Association

OMEGA, Omnipotent Mechanical Engineering Graduates Association is an event that we celebrate to commemorate the formation of the departmental association. It forms an integral part of the Mechanical Engineering Department legacy, which dates back to 15^th September, 2012. The event encapsulates the soul of the department as embedded in it are the achievements, the smiles and the bond between the students.

The OMEGA forms a solid platform for the students to showcase their extra-curricular skills and discover their hidden talents. This event plays a vital role in moulding the personality of students in becoming a better individual. The event brings the students of 2^nd, 3^rd, and final years along with the faculty and unites everyone as a family. OMEGA – The pride of Mechanical Department makes an unbeatable point that the strength of the department lies in its unity, no matter whatever may the hurdles be.

The motto of our association event “Persevere to conquer” establishes an authoritative statement that, with continuous efforts, anything can be conquered. This inspires our students to strive with an undetermined energy to reach the pinnacle in all the fields.

Eventually, OMEGA strongly emphasizes academic excellence, builds a career for the student whereas excellence in extra-curricular and other aspects, builds the character of the student and prepares them to face the hurdles and demanding situations in life
