With over 24043 volumes, 4353 Titles and 6225 E-Books, more being added daily, the library at VIEW is a massive storehouse of ideas down the centuries. Besides stocking one copy of each of the textbooks, the library has a mine of information with several books on advanced topics. In the Library department wise books, reference books, journals, newspapers, magazines, Back Volumes, and Digital library are being maintained. Open access system is being followed in the Library. The Library operations have been computerized by using e-zlib software package. The Library has high speed Internet facility for 20 Systems with 100 Mbps dedicated network. All the Student and Staff Members can use the facility on Library working hours.

All The E-Journals and articles can be downloaded through Remote Access (Knimbus). The Library has also developed a full-fledged Digital Library, equipped with necessary modem equipment in order to provide various digital Library services. NPTEL facility (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) to access video lectures in Digital Library section. The central library is opened from 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M on all working days.
  The library also has a huge collection of CD/DVD's on important subjects for the use of students after class hours. Reading material for the competitive examinations like GATE, GRE and TOEFL is regularly updated. Subscriptions to the various national and international journals are also renewed regularly. The library functions from a spacious centrally air conditioned building for the comfort of the students and teaching staff.
