The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India's leading recognized professional society devoted to the advancement of Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication & IT. Founded in 1953,it serves more than 60,000 members through various centers, whose number is 65, spread all over India and abroad. The Institution provides leadership in Scientific and Technical areas of direct importance to the national development and economy. Government of India has recognized IETE as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) and also notified as an educational Institution of national eminence. The objectives of IETE focus on advancing electro-technology. The IETE conducts and sponsors technical meetings, conferences, symposia, and exhibitions all over India, publishes technical journals and provides continuing education as well as career advancement opportunities to its members.

 The IETE focuses on advancement of the Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication, Computers, Information Technology and related areas. Towards this end the Institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programmes for human resource development.

 IETE VIEW STUDENT CHAPTER formed in the college on 21st December 2017 with the students of 62 members. This chapter organized various Guest Lectures in the revolution of present technologies like Radar Engineering, Communication and Embedded systems etc.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), is a professional association for electrical and electronic engineers along with associate disciplines formed in the year 1953. IEEE produces over 30% of the world's literature in the electrical and electronics engineering and computer science fields, publishing well over 100 peer-reviewed journals and magazines and also sponsors over 1800 conferences and events. As of 2018, it is the world's largest association of technical professionals with more than 423,000 members in over 160 countries around the world. IEEE offers educational opportunities within the engineering sciences, research, and technology such as IEEE e-Learning Library, the Education Partners Program, Standards in Education and Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
